I have a new client that needs a rental in the luxury areas that we have been targeting and I am trying very hard to find her one. The problem is the amount of rentals in that luxury area. This lady was calling on one of my listings and seeing if we would be interested in leasing it. I told her is was under contract and that would not be possible. I am trying to see if anyone has any pocket leases in that area today I can get her.
When you have these types of people that need a place to call home in the nicer areas and the inventory is almost 0 then you know you have a great place to get long term high rent tenants. It also will be a great place to sale in the future if you decide to.
