Get a Flip property and make great returns

 

 

We have 3 properties that we sold last month and this month.  Two of the properties are already closed.  That is a very important in flipping real estate is getting the best price possible and getting it closed. You have appraisals,inspections and dealing with the repairs that every home inspector finds. I had a Realtor that I dealt with almost cost me a sale of $3,000 under asking.  They had said it was a low ball offer and it was $30,000 off asking. I ask about the buyers and their situation and figured out that was the perfect home for their family. We sold it and the client made a great return.  Me and Lori close deals that make money!   We ensure that the buyer is qualified and we form a relationship with the buyers agent.

I have a new client that needs a rental in the luxury areas that we have been targeting and I am trying very hard to find her one. The problem is the amount of rentals in that luxury area. This lady was calling on one of my listings and seeing if we would be interested in leasing it.  I told her is was under contract and that would not be possible. I am trying to see if anyone has any pocket leases in that area today I can get her.
