That is exactly the case and technology is needed to ensure property reports and keeping the rental producing. Home can be a great source of consistent income and managed properly. 

Rentals only become headaches if you do not have the right team and associated practices that help each asset produce consistent income. We have a full staff of contractors that also help me when we purchase the homes to make them mechanically sound and updated. 

Management companies also need to do just about everything online with their tenants. They need to make sure the tenant can do applications, payments and do work orders when something is in need of repair.



When we purchase homes we have a crew make the home as healthy as it can be and then our clients purchase a warranty to cover most any future repairs. This saves our clients money and really streamlines the operation. 

We have a third party to handle repairs and our people for for any backup. This saves the client money and keeps the home healthy. 

The price entry level is good also especially in Cleveland Metro. I have had a lot of calls this week from investors wanting to get income real estate. Meeting with one my large clients today. The key is buying the right assets that are in quality areas.
